Job Description
- Manage and execute strategic marketing partnerships across different verticals
- Collaborate with the BD Team to develop offline & online channel growth strategies to acquire merchants
- Drive the end-to-end strategic business development initiatives - identifying the potential collaboration areas, formulating the partnership strategy, and ensuring the strategic commitments are fully optimized and delivered
- Generate insightful reports to measure performance across various partnership deals and continuously optimize upselling process with Payment Gateway & EDC Partners.
- Maintain accurate and updated Partnerships Trackers and manage weekly partnership KPIs.
- Supervise and interact closely with various teams.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party both Payment Gateway and EDC partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record of success, preferrably in Payment Gateway or EDC industry
- Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Bahasa.
- Outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable, and be focused on deliverables.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- A self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and proactive, with a passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.
