Job Description
- Develop and oversee activation plans, including events and offline promotions, ensuring alignment with the brand-communication, marketing strategy, and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute structured in-store branding initiatives that enhance brand visibility.
- Lead sponsorships and events, ensuring all campaigns align with the company’s business metrics and strategic goals.
- Lead building and acquiring new partnerships, create the partnership business proposal, and propose also measure business impact to higher management and stakeholders.
- Lead project and timeline management, able to supervise the short and long team game play on the activation offline marketing plan, including manage the sustainability of the plan.
- Plan and execute standardized offline channel experiences, maintaining brand consistency across various touchpoints such as billboards, banners, leaflets, booths, and uniforms to maximize in-store conversions and customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing ROI reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of activation efforts.
- Manage the activation budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials to support brand initiatives.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent execution and compliance.
- Create and supervise in-store POP merchandising, ensuring effective placement and execution.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline events, branding, marketing communication, and marketing materials management.
- A background in fintech is a plus.
- Proficient in English.
- Skilled in creating documents, tables, and presentations.
- Experienced in leading a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Capable of preparing high-level reports.
- Strategic in planning and analysis.
- Experienced in budgeting.
