Job Description
- Ensuring that the store's visual identity (logo, colors, layout) and customer experience align with the overall brand guidelines.
- Develop in-store POP merchandising and oversee the implementation visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand presence in-store.
- Overseeing the presentation of products and displays to create an appealing and engaging shopping environment.
- Standardize store staff on brand guideline, customer service protocols, and product knowledge to ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Monitor brand and marketing assets on all region
- Ensure all displays align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement in the store environment
- Managing the budget for store branding and marketing activities.
- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in marketing, especially offline branding, marketing communication and marketing material
- Can create document, tables, and presentation
- Have experience in leading a team
- Have a good communication skill
- Able to create report
- Able to be strategic in planning and analysis
