Supervisor Offline Activation

Job Description

  • Develop creative concepts for event activations, including interactive installations, on-site activities, and live performances.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure projects stay within scope and schedule.
  • Develop timeline and project management
  • Monitor and report on project status, including scope, schedule, budget, and alignment to program and strategic goals.
  • Ensure all activations align with the overall brand strategy and goals.
  • Lead, manage, and responsible as the main PIC on each events to collaborate with internal team, vendor, and partners
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing communication and sales, to ensure successful event execution

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline events, branding, marketing communication, and marketing materials management.
  • A background in fintech is a plus.
  • Experience in Project, Vendor and Stakeholder Management
  • Skilled in creating documents, tables, and presentations.
  • Experienced in leading a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Capable of preparing post event reporting and analysis
  • Experienced in budgeting.
