Job Description
- Develop creative concepts for event activations, including interactive installations, on-site activities, and live performances.
- Manage event budgets and ensure projects stay within scope and schedule.
- Develop timeline and project management
- Monitor and report on project status, including scope, schedule, budget, and alignment to program and strategic goals.
- Ensure all activations align with the overall brand strategy and goals.
- Lead, manage, and responsible as the main PIC on each events to collaborate with internal team, vendor, and partners
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing communication and sales, to ensure successful event execution
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline events, branding, marketing communication, and marketing materials management.
- A background in fintech is a plus.
- Experience in Project, Vendor and Stakeholder Management
- Skilled in creating documents, tables, and presentations.
- Experienced in leading a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Capable of preparing post event reporting and analysis
- Experienced in budgeting.
