Partnership Officer - Employee Loan

Job Description

  • Inputting data and archiving documents

  • Handling correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) with employee loan customers

  • Handling Troubleshooting issues related to employee loan products and assisting in providing solutions to HR partners/customers

  • Collaborating with other internal divisions such as product, engineering, legal, and others to meet the needs of HR partners/customers

  • Assisting in the preparation of reports or office documents

  • Guiding HR partners in filling out employee loan data templates

  • Following up on documents with relevant internal or external parties (HR partners/customers)

  • Organizing the data room containing employee loan documents

  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed by the team or supervisor

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong attention to detail
