Business Development Manager - Digital Insurance

Job Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end merchant acquisition pipeline starting from lead generation to commercial negotiations up to the launch of the partnership for Modern & Traditional Retail
  • Develop a deep understanding of both our and our partners' products
  • Prepare presentation and deliver compelling sales pitch to potential partners
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new potential partners
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify competitive information on new developments in the market
  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders (such as Tech, Marketing, Operations) to ensure successful launch of new partnerships
  • Ensure collection of Account Receivables are within agreed Terms of Payment
  • Establish good relationships with Head of Project and any key client PIC who have collaborated
  • Keep improving the profitability metrics of Offline Retail projects
  • Keep improving the Service quality of after sales by onboarding partners that can improve our SLA

Qualifications

  • Have a minimum senior high school or bachelor's degree in any major or at least have a minimum of 4 year experience as a business development manager in the smartphone and electronics retail industry
  • Has a strong network in the retail industry especially w key decision makers
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work with a high degree of mobility with extended stays outside of area of domicile to launch partnerships
  • Able to maintain a good relationship with the clients’ project team and store owners
