Job Description

  • Ensure promo reconciliation is done by Finance
  • Ensure platform promo is created by respective partners with correct scheme & landing pages
  • Recap monthly promotions that require set up from our internal marketing tools (liaise with Business Support)
  • Confirmation Letter or legal documents creation & liaising with Legal
  • Customer complaints handling (including long term improvement plan) (liaise with Product & CS)
  • Create monthly promo proposal to PayLater partner with guidance from supervisor
  • Liaise with partners to negotiate promotion schemes based on our objectives with guidance from supervisor

Qualifications

  • 1.5-2.5 years experience of working in business or marketing related jobs.
  • Minimum having a bachelor degree from any major from reputable university
  • Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and process documentation. He/she is responsible for identifying discrepancies, errors, or inefficiencies and taking corrective action.
  • Negotiation skills when dealing with monthly promotion planning and reaching agreements with partners, and stakeholders.
  • Efficiently managing operations is essential for delivering products and services effectively.
