Job Description

  • Serve as the leader for the Human Resources team in the people operation division
  • Advise, counsel and influence the business leadership team in executing HR strategy for supporting business needs
  • Can drive organizational transformation and change management in a manner that is acceptable to stakeholders
  • Lead talent management, performance management, compensation benefit / total rewards, organizational development, employer branding, recruitment and compliance management to make sure business is running well
  • Drive initiatives focused on employee satisfaction
  • Advise on things that can be improved especially in HR and Business initiatives related to HR.
  • Lead the performance management and talent management process process
  • Lead initatives across the HR team

Qualifications

  • A minimum 10+ years HR experience that includes a role in people management in various HR functions such as HRBP, Recruitment, Performance/Rewards, Talent Management, ER/IR and/or Organizational Development.
  • Experience as a head/VP in finance industry is a requirement for this position (multi-finance/bank preferred)
  • Experience in managing a large team who handles multiple HR functions is a must.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management around complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, org design/development, change management, compensation and employee relations
  • Proven track record in developing strategy and driving change to help drive business results and execute on key initiatives especially in finance industry
  • Superb relationship management skills, project management and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels
  • Deep technical HR competence with the ability to influence using a balance of technical HR expertise, business acumen and relationship skills
  • Business driven individual with strong financial acumen
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player
  • Able to achieve results quickly in a fast-paced organization; thrives in a high intensity environment with multiple and competing priorities
