Job Description

  • Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area
  • Daily visit to merchant
  • Ensuring the program in its area runs well and the programs sales target can be met
  • To ensure placement POP material promotion in store
  • Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues
  • Handle arround 4 Sales Promoter Leaders with around 80 Sales promoters
  • Monitor daily activities of Promoters
  • Conducting field team training and refreshment training for promoter
  • Monitoring data 1st billing by promoter and by merchant

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in any field
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
  • Familiar with MS Office and Excel
