We are currently seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join them!

What you will be doing:

• You will deliver your code in a fast-paced environment and work with your team to improve our build process to ensure we are going fast and with high confidence.
• You will be interconnecting various systems and services and providing a uniform and reliable API that simplifies the use of such services. Develop features and improvements to the Cerby product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.
• Some of the technologies you will be using:
  • Flask / Python 
  • MySQL
  • AWS lambdas
  •  SQLAlchemy

• Are a  fluent English communicator, able to express complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Are able to design APIs with optimal expressiveness and the right semantics.
• Are able to architect new features from scratch. 
• Have demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions.
• Scale backend systems by leveraging AWS-managed services.
