Job Description

Centro’s Sales Account Executive will develop relationships with new and existing agency partners to fulfill their digital media strategy needs and position Centro as a unified solution to move their advertising strategy forward and maximize their potential on our platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong SaaS sales skills with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through active selling, account management, product implementation, and managing client terms and expectations. Knowledge of digital media solutions and the ability to communicate from junior to top level executives is a must.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a strong understanding of Centro’s technology and media solutions, and take a tech first approach in helping agency partners grow their business
  • Cultivate and develop high-level agency partner relationships and leverage a strong consultative approach within aligned region
  • Manage and exceed regional and individual sales, pricing, yield, and platform spend goals
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities with existing clients while continuously prospecting new business
  • Serve as an industry expert in digital advertising; specifically in Centro’s platforms, as well as display, programmatic, search, and social media
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams, including Centro’s Media Services, Marketing, and Product teams, to drive revenue growth and retention with new and existing clients
  • Create consultative sales presentations using market trends that focus on business outcomes and direct ROI
  • Drive industry knowledge by delivering high quality thought leadership
  • Provide ongoing client management to partners including quarterly business reviews, proactive media packaging of publisher opportunities, and client entertainment
  • Provide regular updates to management on pipeline and partnerships through Salesforce.com

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience at ad agencies, publishers, ad networks, SSPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges preferred;
  • The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 4-7 years of software sales experience in Digital Marketing;
  • Established relationships with agencies and companies with automated buying platforms;
  • Proven success in structuring and closing complex media and marketing deals for longer sales cycles (6 month +);
  • Established C-Level relationships within the digital industry and assigned territory;
  • Strong ability to identify prospective clients challenges and formulate tailored strategies to alleviate pain points;
  • Strong quantitative aptitude and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms;
  • Driven and goal-oriented with the ability to contribute to a highly collaborative team environment;
  • Experience preparing and delivering formal proposals/presentations;
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • History of outstanding achievements and proven sales skills;
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills;
  • Strong work ethic and customer focus are required;
  • Strong CRM experience (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.);
  • Ability to Travel.
