Because of COVID19, all Central1 offices are currently closed to non-essential employees. This role will see you working remotely until our offices are reopened. The timeline to reopen is still under consideration, as are our future remote working policies.   

As part of a project team, the Implementation Analyst consults with clients and collaborates with project team members, coordinating activities to implement software features and products for public websites, online banking and payment platforms.   

What you’ll be doing:

• Under the supervision of a Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant, works with clients on their desired implementation needs, and performs requirements analysis and impact analysis.
•  Provides input to Statements of Work and change requests.
• Generates necessary requirements documents and change orders for engineering teams to execute.
•  Performs functional, cursory and regression testing.
• Assist in building of web sites using the Central 1 content management system
• Undertakes specific business and process analysis activities related to the deployment of Central1’s products and services.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts in Software Development, Product Management, Operations and Project Management to create process and training documentation
• Assists clients and project managers in investigating issues related to web development Coordinates the code deployments to QA environments and assists the client with UAT testing.
• Coordinates and interfaces with vendor activities throughout the project lifecycle, providing input on client-facing collateral, ensuring adequate support and direction is given during production deployment.
• Updates internal tracking systems with time and expense entries.
• Creates and updates product implementations guides.
•  Provides post-implementation support and closes the project off with appropriate documentation.
•  Shares knowledge and specific product implementation strategy with other members of the team as requested.

What you'll have

• A university degree in computer science, business, or other related discipline with an IT focus.
• 3+ years relevant business analysis, web development experience, and/or system analysis experience.
• Project management work is an asset.
• CBAP is an asset.
• Financial Services background is preferred, especially in digital, online banking platforms technology services.
• Sound analytical, problem solving, planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Communicates effectively orally and in writing, with clients, technical teams and co-workers.
• Able to prioritize and work to schedules.
• Adapts and responds to changing priorities and business needs. 
• Excellent client management skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines in a team environment.
• Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Works collaboratively and contributes in a team environment.
