Job Description

The Tribe Delivery Manager- UX Platform Program is responsible for driving the design and execution of project management standards, and typically managing/coordinating one large or multiple medium/small projects/streams. Owning the progress, cost, and quality of the project, and ensuring the end-to-end delivery of project on budget, on schedule and with high quality.

Qualifications

• Mastery of project management skills, i.e., planning and executing the project covering aspects of scope, time, quality, cost, issues and risks, etc. Mastery of effective communication with
• 5+ years’ experience managing projects according to standard project management methodologies and best practices, ideally in IT or Digital space
• At least 1 advanced certificate obtained for relevant area or equivalent working experience (e.g. PMI Certificate, PMP, CSM). 
• Mastery of the software development methodologies (e.g., agile, waterfall) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), incl. processes, role and responsibilities, entry and exit criteria, and key deliverables for each stage
• Ability to think conceptually and analytically, conduct effective, thorough reviews of customer project requirements and deliverables, and manage projects and team resources of considerable size and complexity through to successful completion. 
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with clients, business and technical teams and other co-workers; and adapt easily to changing priorities and business needs. 
• Excellent client management skills, ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines in a fast pace environment. Strong business acumen is required.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the design and execution of project management standards within the project(s)
• Defining the project plan and deliverables; Managing the scope, cost, quality, risk and issues of the project; Managing budget, forecast and related financial reporting of the project; Raising resource demand and ensuring timely team on-board; Tracking project milestones and reviewing deliverables to ensure the on-time and high-quality delivery; Owning the system(s) and architecture built by project; Ensuring the system(s) transition into operations to comply with business requirements, regulations, internal control, standards, and is operable; Making escalations where needed; Making decisions and approvals within delegated authority;
• Preparing project/stream status report and communicating to related project stakeholders; Managing the vendors to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
• Managing people assigned to project and providing coaching to them on a daily basis; Motivating and influencing them; Participating in performance evaluation for them
