Job Description

The Project Coordinator provides overall assistance to the Project & Portfolio Management team and supports the daily operational activities, process enhancements, governance, and performance of Central1 transformation projects. The Project Coordinator is accountable for the administration of projects/programs/portfolios. 

You'll be primarily accountable for:

- Maintaining and supporting the ongoing management of Central 1 data collection, data analysis, training, administration, registration and change requests;

- Working closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders on issues and administrations and ensuring that all stakeholders adhere to the defined guidelines;

-Administrating all day-to-day operational tasks of the team;

-Assisting with oversight & coordination activities across the portfolio, reporting on program status, budget and other project related issues regarding day to day operations; 

-Performing analysis on the project and portfolio related reports and communicate them to the Director, Digital Transformation;

-Performing project inspections and generating reports on issues as they arise;

-Presenting lessons learned and best practices based on historical data and industry research;

-Assisting with the preparation of communication materials and training sessions, as required;

-Assisting in maintaining the project document library;

-Assisting project managers in the preparation of status reports and other project related documentation.

Qualifications

As the ideal candidate you:

- Possess a minimum of 4 years work experience as a Project Coordinator in small to medium size Project Management Offices;

-Previous Microsoft Office experience with a proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint applications. Complete proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is a must.

-Ability to communication effectively both orally and in writing, and produce high quality documentation for all levels of the organization;

-Previous experience with Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management preferred.

-Ability to administer multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines;

-Must be highly motivated with proven planning and prioritizing skills, and flexibility to adapt easily to a fast-paced and changing environment;

-Ability to establish and manage competing priorities, and build excellent relationships to successfully manage changing priorities & key stakeholders;

- Highly organized and strong time-management skills.
