Job Description

Central 1 has a temporary opportunity in our People Solutions consulting team. The expected start will be near the end of March. The duration of support is anticipated to last until July / August. The People Solutions consulting team is committed to providing high quality human resources products and services in response to the needs of credit unions.

The focus of this position is to provide support in producing our annual national credit union compensation and board and director’s remuneration surveys. With your strong curiosity for analyzing data and passion for delivering exceptional customer service, you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of all survey submissions. This involves reviewing and analyzing survey data and following up with participants for clarification on the information they supplied. In addition, you’ll provide support to the department on various projects and department functions.

Qualifications

To ensure your success in this role, you are a quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be comfortable working with numbers and have a knack for identifying relationships between data. Comprehensive training and support will be provided. You pride yourself on your attention to detail and superior computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Your general office experience has allowed you to develop excellent organizational and communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering quality service and results. Ideally, you are currently pursuing your degree in business, specializing in human resources, and have a strong interest in learning about employee compensation.
