CenCal Health is a publicly-funded managed care organization that provides health care coverage for residents in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. We are currently seeking a Claims Customer Service Supervisor in our Santa Barbara office location.
Analyze, design, implement and maintain CenCal Health’s website and web portals. Assist
business and IT management with developing web strategies to enhance the value
of the corporate website and web portals for our customers. Lead the development of a Member Portal for
the MediCal customers as well as enhancing the Provider Portal with more
value-add and “self-service” functionality.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
At least 4 years of programming experience building informational and
transactional websites and web portals.
At least 3 years of working with relational data warehouse data for the real time extraction of data sets and presenting informational and analytical data within web portals – Oracle db understanding
Experience making SSO connections to external applications for extraction of data for presentation on the website web portals. SAML 2.0 experience required
