We are recruiting for an Inventory Specialist to support our investment in and on-going operation of our cGMP, research and development, and production facilities in Madison, WI.  You'll be working with our supply chain group along with other highly talented professionals at FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics, Inc., the leader in induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSC’s) technology. You will support FCDI’s inventory control accuracy and integrity by keeping track of all products and supplies as well as comparing actual inventory to sales records. In this critical role you will also maintain current and future inventory of materials for all facilities, to include cGMP operations. Essential Job Functions

1. Perform Cycle Counts and Inventory Control activities.
2. Maintain computerized inventory software to record, track, and control all inventory related data. (SAP, Excel and Word)
3. Analyze sales and inventory records and compares them to physical inventory.
4. Report any Inventory discrepancies to Department management.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all stockrooms.
6. Enter in orders for new supplies.
7. Locate and removes expired or obsolete inventory, both physically and in our ERP system
8. Work with management to proactive reduce inventory discrepancies.
9. Coordinate the review and revision of inventory procedures, specifications and forms. 
10. Unload deliveries and stores them appropriately in the stockroom.
11. Participate in department and company meetings.
12. Other job functions as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree, or associate degree with 2 years of related experience,
• 1 year-related experience in supply chain or similar department, preferably in a cGMP operating environment, with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities.
• Proficient with MS Office suite of products.
• Demonstrate proficiency with ERP solutions, knowledge of SAP a plus.
• Welcome and adapt to change .
• Able to work at computer for extended periods of time.
• Physical labor such as lifting and moving up to 50-pound boxes may be required on a regular basis.
