FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics, Inc in Madison, WI is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain and enhance the digital experience by optimizing digital touchpoints to support digital innovation initiatives across our life science and therapeutic programs. 

In this high visibility and impactful role you will build, maintain, and expand the digital footprint to enhance our brand, connect with customers and achieve our business objectives. In addition, you will update and enhance existing web sites, create new sites (leveraging existing templates) with fresh content and design elements, and support digital marketing tactics including social media and email campaigns. Additionally, you'll assist with SEO improvement efforts, using Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Future projects include management of content and video libraries, and other Digital Marketing related projects as assigned.

Essential Job Functions

1. Complete and support rapid updates to website content, utilizing a CMS operating in a page caching environment.
2. Write and edit HTML and CSS to support email and web page design.
3. Analyze and provide insights to customer acquisition, retention, and journeys, in support of website optimization, using web analytic tools.
4. Collaborate and manage contracted developers to create, manage and edit product data and categorization to support an optimal user experience, utilizing eCommerce platforms.
5. Optimize keywords and demographic targeting, while leveraging SEO techniques and leading-edge practices to improve organic page rankings.
6. Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling through various social media channels.
7. Generate original and compelling artwork to support email and webpage layouts using graphic editing software.
8. Manage, curate, render, edit and create digital experiences, utilizing video and sound editing tools, and third- party content.
9. Other job functions as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience in managing digital and web-based marketing, preferably at a life science company, with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing digital, social, email and display advertising campaigns
• Demonstrated proficiency with the following:
•    CMS (Wordpress) and CDN (Nitropack)
•    Writing and editing HTML and CSS.
•    Magento eCommerce
• Functional knowledge of email marketing and automation (Act-On)
• Track record of results using Adobe AEM/Digital Marketing Suite in designing, building and deploying solutions
• Measurable organizational skills to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and competing demands while delivering quality results under tight constraints
• Comprehensive communication skills – written and oral
• Success working in a cross-functional environment with competing priorities while driving for successful outcomes.
• Proficient in Microsoft office programs, such as Visio, PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office tools.
• Able to work at computer for extended periods of time.
