We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Configuration Management specialist to join our team in Paris, France. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the configuration of aircraft fuselages, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

• Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management processes for aircraft fuselage production
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure proper documentation and traceability of design changes
• Manage and maintain the configuration baseline for fuselage components and assemblies
• Conduct configuration audits to verify compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements
• Analyze and resolve configuration-related issues, proposing solutions to improve processes and reduce errors
• Create and maintain configuration management documentation, including change requests, deviation reports, and configuration status accounting
• Participate in design reviews and change control boards to assess the impact of proposed changes on fuselage configuration
• Ensure proper version control and release management of technical data and drawings
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and customers regarding configuration management matters
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in configuration management and fuselage design

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuration management, preferably in aviation or aerospace industry
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA or SolidWorks) and PLM tools
• Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, fuselage design, and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus
• Certification in configuration management (e.g., CMII) is desirable
