Ideally, the candidate brings some experience translating training content into eLearning software such as Storyline. More importantly, the candidate simply brings an interest and ability to translate content into visually engaging and clear educational material for consumption by adult learners.

· Bachelor’s degree in arts or sciences with demonstrated, effective writing skills.

· Proven ability or experience developing and/or delivering training or related educational materials.

· An ability to decompose tasks or activities into a logical sequence of steps with associated guidance for those needing to complete the task or activity.

· High proficiency with the suite of Microsoft Office automation products and associated formatting and design capabilities.
