Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Cavista Holdings marketing strategy, driving brand positioning, integrated campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives that enhance visibility, engagement, and business growth.

The position focuses on data-driven marketing execution, market intelligence, and the development of high-impact marketing assets, while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing and brand strategy that strengthens Cavista Holdings’ global market positioning.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and content platforms to promote services and thought leadership.
  • Oversee digital marketing performance including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine market positioning and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and drive measurable ROI.
  • Produce high-impact marketing collateral including presentations, reports, case studies, and brand materials.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, and lead generation using data-driven insights.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through strategic marketing efforts that attract top talent.
  • Provide aligned corporate communications support to ensure message consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

  • First degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within global tech, consulting, or diversified holding environments with multinational exposure.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, campaign execution, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver business results.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and adaptability
