Job Description

The Corporate Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in capital mobilization across Cavista Holdings and all its portfolio companies. This role will be responsible for preparing high-quality investment decks for translating business operations into compelling, investor-grade financial narratives and leading all documentations, financial models and materials required to secure debt, equity, grants, and structured financing.

This role will support leadership in positioning Cavista Holdings and all our portfolio businesses for funding, partnerships, and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory experience and the ability to translate complex business operations into compelling, investor-grade financial and strategic narratives

Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation of investor-grade pitch decks and investment memoranda for Cavista Holdings and all its portfolio businesses seeking funding.
  • Develop robust financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses to support capital raising.
    Work closely with business leaders to convert operational data into clear financial stories for investors and lenders.
  • Prepare documentation for equity, debt, grants, and structured financing opportunities.
  • Support Cavista Holdings and all portfolio companies in engaging banks, Development Finance Institutions, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and institutional investors.
  • Coordinate data rooms, due diligence materials, and responses to investor queries.
  • Assist in negotiation of funding terms and deal structures.
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects and expansion initiatives.
  • Support Merger & Acquisition analysis, valuations, and transaction execution as required.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to guide leadership decision-making across portfolio companies.
  • Monitor market trends, funding opportunities, and financing instruments relevant to Cavista Holding’s portfolio sectors.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for multiple business units.
  • Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and risk assessment.
  • Ensure financial projections align with operational realities and growth plans.
  • Provide advisory support to leadership on capital structure, funding strategy, and financial positioning.
     

 

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
    • MBA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or Private Equity.
    • Strong background in financial modeling, valuations, and deal structuring.
    • Proven experience preparing investment decks and funding documentation.
    • Experience working with banks, Development Finance Institutions, private equity firms, venture capital firms or institutional investors.
    • Exposure to sectors such as agriculture, technology, hospitality manufacturing, food processing, or emerging markets is an advantage.
    • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
    • Deep understanding of funding instruments and capital markets
    • Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work across multiple businesses simultaneously.
