Job Description

Cavista Holdings is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team. The Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions. This role requires a highly analytical individual who can translate data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, be well-versed in financial modeling, and possess excellent communication skills.


Requirements:

  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Provide insights into financial performance, including variance analysis and trend identification.
  • Assist in developing and managing the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial projections.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather input and provide financial guidance on budgetary matters.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, financial metrics, and trends across departments to assess overall business health.
  • Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, or operational efficiencies.
  • Work with large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for all financial reports and models.
  • Use financial software and databases to track financial performance and analyze data patterns.
  • Build complex financial models to evaluate various business scenarios, capital expenditures, and investment opportunities.
  • Provide scenario analysis to help management assess potential risks and opportunities.
  • Support the finance team in ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to finance leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field. Experience in technology or consulting sectors is preferred.
  • Certifications: CFA, CPA is a plus
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and financial modeling.
  •  Familiarity with financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
