Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides impeccable service to employees on all operational elements (e.g. onboarding, benefits, payroll, coaching & development), improvise our processes as needed for exceptional employee experience.
  • Manage employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day HR management, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  •  Identify, create, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that ensure the company remains fully aligned with changes to local employment law and for ensuring that these practices are implemented consistently.
  • Build relationships and maintain a robust pipeline of technical and non-technical candidates.
  • Support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of great talent.  
  • Partner with hiring managers to meet talent requirements with external and internal candidates.
  • Communicate talent trends, to engage the best and brightest talent for Cavista opportunities.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Empower the sharing of ideas through a culture of diversity and inclusion.

 

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related discipline
    • 5+ years’ experience recruiting exceptional technical talent. 
    • 8+ years of Human Resources experience across all disciplines of HR
    • In-depth knowledge of a broad range of Human Resources disciplines
    • Flexibility, sound business judgement and problem-solving
    • Thoroughly enjoy and understand the value of recruitment to attract the best talent.
    • Ability to foster alignment of values, missions, and operational best practices.  
    • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
