Our client is currently looking for a software engineer. These are contract-to-hire positions.

 Everyone in the lab is working on developing the platform for Clients Human Capital Management initiative. In the simplest terms, client is offering a service to its clients in which they can help them use their employees in the most efficient way. This platform can be compared to the Amazon Web Services or Force.com platforms.  

Client is expanding its Innovation labs and building a start-up style operation in NYC in order to accelerate new technical innovation across UI, Search, Big Data, Social...etc., The concept and vision behind the strategy is "Innovate like a Startup" with the goal of delivering highly automated, intelligent and predictive solutions to the market. Their goal for the expansion of the Innovation Labs is to have specialized teams of superstars focused in these areas to keep pace with market trends and quickly incubate and deliver capabilities that will dramatically increase the value of their solutions for clients. They will drive client next gen user experiences, designs and technologies which will be incorporated into their products & platforms and make their way into the next wave of solutions for client. If you are someone who is an independent outside the box thinker, someone who believes in best code practices as well as someone who wants to work in an environment where a manager isn’t always looking over their shoulder than this is the place for you. 

 Software Engineers 

• Candidate should have some time of exposure or familiarity with Node.js. This is their platform.

• Candidate does not have to be a Javascript guru, but must have knowledge of it.

• Classic web development experience (HTML, CSS, etc.)

• Knowledge of Jasmine, Angular, React and NoSQL

• Fundamentals and overall passion is key for working at the Lab.

• Need back end experience
