The position provides personal care for residents under the direct supervision of the nurse.

Must be on the MN nursing assistant registry and in good standing.  To qualify you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; have the ability to prioritize and organize work, be flexible, compassionate and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.  Experience with Matrix or other electronic medical records a plus.
