The Operations Consultants are at the forefront of our company’s growth, the incumbent will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the end to end candidate sourcing, interview processes for various clients from different Industry verticals across the globe.
• Closing the offer between the client and the candidate
• Guiding and mentoring a team of researchers.
• Business development and promoting Catenon’s services.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• The candidate should have a proven track record of client management, delivering high quality research within a professional services, or corporate environment. 
• He/she should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of research methodologies and tools.
• He/she should have at least 4 years’ experience in the recruitment function after graduation from University.
• He/she will be expected to be able to learn about, and produce work on, various industry sectors where necessary.
• He/she should be responsive, proactive, systematic and efficient, have strong collaboration skills, judgement and most of all should be driven to succeed.
• He/she should have the ability to deliver quality work under tight timelines and must demonstrate willingness to learn and to contribute to the overall knowledge base of the Firm.
• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA / Post graduate from a reputed institute
• Excellent communication skills
