Job Description
Functions:
- Pursue and execute the strategic direction of HR on behalf of the business unit and the regional top
- Provide the strategic input to the regional management team and build leadership capabilities, organizational capabilities and a culture with the local market place.
- Ensure the implementation and rollout of high value HR processes at business level and ensuring that transactional HR excellence is provided
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Proven record as a HR manager and at least 3-4 years of experience in the position
- Business or HR background
- Cross functional HR knowledge
- Experience negotiating with unions
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to perform and adapt to multinational environments
