Our client, one of the World’s largest distributors of Technology Products is seeking a SAP HR Consultant based in either Paris or Munich.

Job Description

The key functional responsibilities for the position will be as follows:

  • Design and implement new business processes
  • Identify gaps between the SAP standard functionalities and the business requirements
  • Create business standard documentation of all new developments
  • Generate test runs for user acceptance test and assist user in executing test
  • Develop evaluations with SAP standard tools
  • Offer ways/technical solutions to fulfil and implement business requirements with standard methods
  • Customize prototype with harmonized processes
  • Provide business analysis in one or more functional areas (HR)
  • Realization of SAP R/3 system customization in one or more functional areas
  • Demonstrate flexibility and support for objectives / tasks of other IT organisations
  • Data object mapping tablets
  • Provide support for testing
  • Give input to planning process
  • Cross stream integration
  • Knowledge transfer to Trainers, Subject Matter Experts and for external Consultants
  • Deliverables as assigned by Manager

Qualifications

The key requirements are:

  • Requires 3 - 5 years relevant business experience
  • Profound knowledge and implementation experience in SAP R/3 module HR
  • Strong experience in the functional business area Human Resources
  • Overview on sales and distribution processes; experience in retail or reseller industry preferred
  • Process knowledge of distribution
  • Knowledge of project management techniques
