Job Description
- This highly senior position is a part of the Management Team. The candidate will be responsible for every aspect associated with the effective Management of India Delivery function.
- He will have the responsibility of achieving key metrics of assessments of multiple critical projects, project Gross Margin and guiding the Program Directors/Managers to meet major milestones on time and within target budgets and quality parameters.
- This role will require to work closely with US counterparts, Sales & Business development teams to define the farming strategy for the offshore Accounts and working with them for effective execution. He / She will also be working with Business Development Team for architecting offshore focused offerings. The role will include travel to other business units and client places as required. This role will be required to have good exposure into project management, resource management and managing utilization.
Qualifications
- More than 15 years of experience in The IT field, with aroudn 6 to 8 years in BI (Business Intelligence and Data Analytics)
- Engineering or Equivalent Degree
- MBA Preferred
- Technical / PMP Certification added advantage
