Senior Practitioner - Inclusion22

  • Full-time
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Department: Young People & Families
  • Service type: Hampshire 24/7

Company Description

Catch22 exists to help build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose - we call these our '3Ps'.

We achieve this in two ways. First, we improve lives on the frontline through delivery of public services. Secondly, we use our knowledge to change 'the system', to fix the complex web that can trap and disempower those it was set up to help. With the heart of a charity, and the mindset of a business, we are uniquely placed to deliver on this challenging agenda.

Hampshire 24/7 Substance Misuse Service

Our Hampshire 24/7 Substance Misuse Service is a county wide, community engagement based service, which offers targeted and specialist treatment to young people aged 25 years and under. We are a forward thinking, person-centred service, with a high level of credibility among young people.

Inclusion22 is a project that supports children aged 8-17 who are effected by parental substance misuse.   The Senior Practitioner wil have responsibility for the operational oversight of the Inclusion22 programme.   This is a new role and the successful applicant will manage the practitioners working within the programme.  They will also form part of the management team of Hampshire 24/7
