Career Coach (12 months Fixed Term)

  • Full-time
  • Contract type: Full time - fixed term
  • Department: Employability
  • Service type: Employability

Company Description

Catch22 exists to help build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose - we call these our '3Ps'.

We achieve this in two ways. Firstly, we improve lives on the frontline through delivery of public services. Secondly, we use our knowledge to change 'the system', to fix the complex web that can trap and disempower those it was set up to help. With the heart of a charity, and the mindset of a business, we are uniquely placed to deliver on this challenging agenda.

TikTok Creative Academy

The multi-million-pound TikTok Creative Academy programme supports young people, aged 16-24, into a job in the digital and creative industries. Within our Employability division, the programme provides young people with industry insight, along with access to creative professionals, who share their experiences and teach young people how to get a start in the creative world – including how to build a portfolio, how to create a creative CV, and how to interview for those positions. We are aiming to support over 2,500 young people who are not in education, employment, or training, to get closer to a creative job by 2024.

The programme seeks to achieve three key outcomes:

  • A reduction in risk factors, and an increase in protective factors for serious violence.
  • Demonstrable progress in the distance travelled towards employment.
  • Improvements in overall physical and mental well-being.
