Job Description
As a Partnership Manager your main duties and accountabilities will include:
1. To achieve quarterly employer engagement targets to ensure tangible relationships are developed and maintained at a strategy level but also feed into the employer engagement officer role, providing opportunities and vacancies for the programme participants.
2. Build wide-ranging and positive relationships with stakeholders including diverse partner organisations, corporate partners and external agencies across London to seek opportunities for collaborative working.
3. To promote and motivate interest for the Horizon brand, seeking opportunities to link in the Catch22 partnerships team to pursue for business development opportunities.
4. Report to, and be accountable to, the Operations Manager and the Assistant Director of employability.
5. To be accountable for the effective implementation of activities in accordance with agreed policy plans and timescales and carry out periodic reviews and evaluation. Work closely with the communications and partnership teams to support with policy and impact.
6. To attend and present at round table events in line with the policy aims
7. Champion the Horizons programme both verbally and in writing, creating, and contributing to media opportunities, articles, social media, and interviews.
8. Work with the Operations manager to ensure that all elements of the project are monitored and evaluated to demonstrate their impact.
9. Actively participate in staff meetings, session evaluations, reviews, and planning sessions and in Horizon’s overall development, including input on the needs of young people, ideas for new projects, and the on-going development of existing projects.
10. Assist the operations manager in maintaining good working relations with Horizon’s stakeholders, commissioner (JP Morgan) project partners and with other agencies and represent Horizon’s at external meetings as required.
11. Encourage and enable participants of the programme to participate in events, with the ultimate aim of empowering them to shape the services and activities provided for them, ensuring equality of access and opportunities for all.
12. Assist the team in ensuring that all Catch22 policies and procedures are followed, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Data Protection, Equality and Diversity.
13. Work as a member of Catch22 and assist as required across all the organisation’s projects, including carrying out any other duties that may be required to meet the needs of the organisation.
14. Embed Catch22 vision and values into the Horizons service
15. Support the Horizons team to ensure service users experience one or more of Catch22’s 3P (Good People, Purpose, Place) to ensure an effective impact

Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
- A degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent working experience
- Experience of building successful working relationships with a diverse range of partners across different sectors
- Experience building partnerships with other organisations and stakeholders
- Experience of working autonomously
- Experience of project evaluation that demonstrates impact
- Experience of facilitating round table events or similar
- Experience of working within an organisations policies and procedures, including those relating to health and safety, confidentiality and handling sensitive information
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of the physical, social and emotional developmental needs of young people
- In-depth understanding of employability programmes/services or similar
- Understanding of policy implementation
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and an ability to interact with both young people and all stakeholders
- Excellent ICT skills particularly with MS products i.e. Word, Excel and MSTeams
- Ability to plan and manage own workload
- Confidence to make decisions
- Confidence delivering presentations, organising events and speaking to stakeholders
- Ability to effectively build good relationships
- Ability to translate the organisational vision to stakeholders and into deliverable programmes, services, projects
- Self-motivated and committed to personal development
- Flexible and committed
- Effective time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks and work flexibly to deadlines
- Very good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders

Additional Information
Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per annum
Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract from start date.
- 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 33 days with service.
