Job Description

The Account Manager, Programmatic Media is a hard-working, analytical and dynamic digital media professional, focused on driving client results. You are part of the next generation of data-driven optimization experts, making a lasting impression as we build out our disclosed Trading Desk. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for developing programmatic campaigns and communicating performance on engagements to clients, ensuring proper execution and service levels are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Define strategy and manage programmatic campaigns for top-tier clients.
  • Research and evaluate the best programmatic avenues, including campaign creation and execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize and communicate campaign traction to both internal and external clients.
  • Form conclusions that are both data and marketing driven.
  • Provide and implement advanced actionable insights to shape successful campaigns.
  • Evaluate and remove underperforming targeting combinations to maximize results.
  • Communicate campaign details and objectives as necessary, including KPI expectations
  • Process incoming agency bookings (IOs)
  • Create dashboards and/or customized reports to address the delivery of client goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two (2) years of programmatic experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant college certificate.
  • Previous experience with DBM (DoubleClick Bid Manager) or AppNexus.
  • Hands-on experience of digital advertising operations (trafficking digital campaigns).
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients face-to-face
  • Expert multitasker, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts
  • Deep understanding and mastery of Excel.
  • High attention to detail and strong quantitative reasoning skills; must love data.
  • Experience with data analysis or campaign analysis and the visualization of information.
  • Technical comfort and strong understanding of digital media technologies and the market.
  • Demonstrable passion for learning new technologies and data by-products.
  • Proven track record in establishing high levels of customer satisfaction.
