We help DevOps and platform teams protect and move their Kubernetes workloads - especially when ransomware resilience, data protection, and cloud migration are suddenly “today problems,” not “next quarter problems.”

We offer two products:

  • CloudCasa - Kubernetes backup, DR, and migration (cloud and hybrid environments)
  • DPX - enterprise on-prem data protection

We compete with vendors like Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, and Cohesity.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Poland-based Sales Representative to help us grow across EMEA. You’ll prospect, qualify, and create pipeline by engaging system administrators, DevOps/platform teams, and IT leaders. This role is based in Warsaw, with potential for partial remote work depending on experience and fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate pipeline across Poland and broader EMEA
  • Run outbound outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) and book discovery meetings
  • Partner with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and campaigns
  • Build relationships with channel partners and help expand partner-led opportunities
  • Learn and sell across CloudCasa, leveraging our existing customer base where it makes sense

 

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent outbound activity and clean prospect qualification
  • A steady flow of discovery meetings with the right technical buyers
  • Growing pipeline coverage in your territory through direct and partner channels

 

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • You know how to use LinkedIn + modern tools (including AI) to prospect intelligently (not spammy)
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Polish and English
  • Comfortable hearing “no” and staying focused anyway
  • Self-starter with good habits: follow-up, pipeline hygiene, and disciplined outreach
  • 2+ years of experience selling data protection, infrastructure, or related technical products in Poland and/or EMEA
  • German is a strong plus
