As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising, to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, to engage with our target audience
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and execute campaigns and programs
• Manage and update the company website and landing pages to ensure optimal user experience and lead conversion
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and campaign management
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot or Marketo
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising best practices
• Fluent in English and Polish
