As Technical Documentation writer for Client Technology Platform Engineering group, you will be in the thick of things! You will:

1. Ability to test the new features and create custom manuals/procedures in the contractually required format based on the testing experience.
2. Making sure of product\feature quality and delivery timelines
3. Contribute towards functional QA test cases as per release schedule.

1. Knowledge and experience working with technical Documentation systems.
2. Technical Graduate in computer science equivalent to engineering.
3. At least 5-8 years of experience in a relevant professional group or activity.
4. Must have experience working with cloud native and Kubernetes products.
5. Working knowledge of Unix/Linux

Must Have:

1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
2. B.E/B. Tech or any equivalent degree from a reputed institute
3. Strong debugging skills and attention to detail
4. Experience working in global teams and stakeholder management.
5. Can coordinate / collaborate with teams & stakeholders in multiple geographies.
6. Ability to effectively collaborate with other software engineers within the team.
7. Experience in Tools like Jira, Confluence preferred.
8. Exposure to Kubernetes/Docker
9. Working knowledge of AWS/Google/Azure clouds preferred
10. Knowledge of SAN/NAS/Object storage products (optional)
