Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate ready to create and innovate! This junior role will support all aspects of the digital marketing funnel including creating ad concepts and copy, managing ad platforms, supporting content marketing and sponsored content, analytics with the possibility for experimental projects and ample chances to learn, grow, and achieve great things professionally.  This individual will be an independent thinker, have a thirst for experimentation, and an appetite for challenging puzzles with huge growth potential. There will be ample support and training opportunities working very closely with the Director of Marketing. 

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage cross-channel digital ad campaigns 
  • Support the content marketing strategy by creating and seeking content, managing sponsored content, and supporting social media distribution 
  • Support a great User Experience by looking at the marketing funnel holistically and updating the website to support conversions from ad campaigns 
  • Monitor and track all marketing activities, create monthly reports
  • Interface with vendors and freelancers -- particularly when creating graphics, videos and other collateral for web or print
  • Support partner events (i.e., roadshows, tradeshows, user groups, etc.)
  • Report directly to the Director of Marketing

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years digital marketing experience and hungry for making a big difference within an establish company
  • An energetic and willing attitude. Must be a self-starter and ready to learn/problem solve proactively
  • A desire to use data to experiment and innovate (experience or training in data science a plus)
  • Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form)
  • Proficiency in content management, CRM, digital marketing tools is a big plus
  • Ready and willing to learn by doing, comfortable making mistakes and learning from experiments, strong desire to move into software marketing

Work will be primarily on-site but telecommuting options are available. Working from home regularly is part of the culture. All screening will involve a phone/video interview followed by an onsite interview in NJ.
