As our Engagement Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mid-funnel activities and support lead generation initiatives. From orchestrating captivating webinars and igniting authentic conversations on social media to forging impactful partnerships, this role is your canvas to create meaningful connections.

 

Your Role

 

As the Engagement Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for:

 

Marketing Webinars Maestro:

  • Craft engaging programs with existing or fresh content, orchestrate event campaigns, educate prospective customers, and fuel sales leads.
  • Strategize, coordinate, and execute captivating webinars, curate relevant topics, recruit influential speakers, and ensure seamless delivery.

 

Mastermind of Organic Social Media:

  • Be the guardian of our social presence, engaging daily with our audience and directing organic traffic to our website.
  • Craft and schedule compelling posts, engage with comments, monitor our brand's voice, and measure performance metrics.

 

Partnership and Referral Marketing Architect:

  • Harness and cultivate external and internal relationships to yield a bounty of potential customer leads.
  • Identify promising partners, establish a referral program, monitor its effectiveness, and cultivate lasting partner relationships.

 

Content and Email Marketing Collaborator:

  • Collaborate on content and email campaigns to nurture leads and steer them closer to conversion.
  • Work alongside the content team, provide mid-funnel insights, and contribute to email campaign creation and execution.

 

Conference and Field Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team in providing marketing support to field events
  • Manage marketing campaigns or assigned channels related to field events

Qualifications

You're the perfect match if you bring:

  •  3-7 years of experience in engagement marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with human services, nonprofit, government, education as a practitioner or marketer
  •  A proven track record in nurturing leads through mid-funnel activities to conversion.
  •  Expertise in crafting and executing successful webinars and digital engagement campaigns.
  •  Prior experience in managing organic social media and crafting winning strategies.
  •  Proficiency in Hubspot CRM and other marketing software.
  •  Demonstrated ability to build and nurture partnerships and referral programs.
  •  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience marketing to human services organizations
  • Expertise in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Skills in coordinating trade show and event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Revolutionary Ops (Rev Ops) experience, including workflow development and management in Hubspot and other sales tools.

Salary Range

Additional Information

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 annually 

Location: US -Remote
