Job Description

The Sales Development Representative is typically the first person a potential prospect at Casebook PBC will interact with as part of the sales process. Casebook’s Sales Development organization is responsible for outbound prospecting with a focus on nonprofit and local government organizations. The SDR II/III is an integral member of the team that sets the tone for the rest of the sales process and will help drive pipeline creation to support triple digit growth at our growing company. This position requires high-achieving experience in sales development as well as familiarity with the markets Casebook PBC serves.

  • Identify and make outreach to organizations in the eastern US and Canada that meet Casebook’s ideal customer profile
  • Design and execute a prospecting plan that supports the Revenue team’s annual lead generation goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success and other teams to maximize lead generation potential
  • Contribute to building a 3x pipeline in order to achieve annual team revenue goals
  • Use tools like Growbots, Hubspot, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with prospective customers
  • Attend trade shows and conferences as required
  • Travel 2-4 times per year for team or company-wide meetings

 

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • At least two years of outbound sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Nonprofit, education, or government sales experience (experience working in human services at a nonprofit organization or government agency is also acceptable).
  • Annual quota attainment in 2021 or 2022.
  • Experience with automated outbound sales tools such as HubSpot, Growbots, Outreach

  • Ability to manage time effectively while working from a home/remote office, You must have access to a connection fast enough for video and VoIP calls. Anything less than 25mb may be disqualifying. 
  • Ability to travel occasionally (10%) for conferences, internal and external meetings, or training. 
  • Allowed to work in the US.

Additional Information

$55k-$70k base (dependent on experience) + excellent variable compensation. A rep hitting their quota will be in the six-figures. There is no limit or cap to the incentive plan at Casebook PBC. As part of this role, you will receive equity in Casebook PBC in the form of stock options.

In addition to salary and sales commission, this position includes a full benefits package including employer funded health insurance for you and a spouse, 401k, and three weeks vacation time.
