Casebook is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to expand our SaaS Human Services Platform into the Local Government market. Your resume should demonstrate past success in this market. 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Full spectrum territory ownership, including the planning and execution of a territory plan that includes:

  • Prospecting, 

  • Following up with leads generated by marketing or sales development, 

  • Qualifying sales opportunities,

  • Participating and/or conducting demonstrations on how Casebook meets a prospect’s needs,

  • Negotiating and signing net-new customers, 

  • Handing off new customers to the Customer Success team

  • Pipeline management

  • Responsible for quarterly and annual revenue targets, and

  • Leading RFP responses, as required,

  • Monitoring the market, maintaining an awareness of competitor activity and passing this information, through proper channels, to the product management and sales teams.

    • 2 years public sector/SLED sales experience as an individual contributor or 4 years in sales support or other sales team experience (public sector)

    • Experience closing business over the phone, via video conferencing and through in-person interactions with C-level and mid-level managers

    • Ability to travel approximately up to 50% (post-COVID) 

    • Unrestricted access to an internet connection of at least 25 Mbps during standard (local) business hours

    • BA/BS or equivalent work/life experience

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience working with nonprofits in addition to SLED prospects

    • Demonstrated success in a similar role with a six- to seven-figure sales target

    • Completion of enterprise sales training program (Sandler, Solution Selling, etc.)

    • Software demo experience/training

    • Prior experience working with Hubspot 

    • Professional experience with human services 

    • SaaS sales experience
