Job Description

This is a remote, territory-based position. Candidates should reside in the central territory (ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, IA, MO, AR, LA, WI, IL, IN, MI). 

 

Key Job Responsibilities 

  • Share the benefits of Casebook’s products to prospective customers in the  central United States: 

    • Mid-size nonprofits in Human Services/Social Services 

    • Small/Mid-sized Tribal Government Organizations 

    • Some mid-sized, for-profit organizations specifically focused on delivering human services/social services 

  • Develop sales leads from existing and new relationships

  • Assist Sales Development team with stalled deals

  • Work with Marketing Coordinator to improve the quality of inbound leads

  • Have the ability to establish strong business relationships 

  • Develop sales opportunities into signed deals

  • Monitor the market, maintaining an awareness of competitor activity and passing this information, through proper channels, to the product management and sales teams

  • Maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM

  • Ability to travel approximately up to 35%, sometimes on weekends

 

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record of success, preferably in the nonprofit/human services domains

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate professionally

  • Software demo experience/training

  • A team player, share experiences across team to a common goal

  • 2+ years of nonprofit sales experience 

  • Proven success in sales role(s) with a  six-figure (or higher) quota

  • Unrestricted access to an internet connection of at least 25 Mbps during standard (local) business hours

  • BA/BS or equivalent education and/or experience
