Looking for smart, savvy, Assistant General Manager to help run our busy, high-energy, high-end, high-tech business suite for successful entrepreneurs. Great position for person with sales and operations experience looking for exposure to growing businesses. Entrepreneurial mindset and unwavering service mentality will be your differentiator as a candidate. Responsible for achieving financial targets, running center as profitable location, assisting with managing center staff, ensuring ideal overall client experience and much, much more! Great job for go-getter with sales and operations background.

Qualifications

•Bachelor of Arts or Science; Masters of Business Administration or equivalent preferred.

•Minimum 3 years of experience of managing a business, branch or profit center within the customer service industry.

•Business Center/Executive Suite, hotel, restaurant, or property management experience is highly desirable.

Key Competencies:

•Proficient in Salesforce to include tracking sales opportunities & reporting performance.

•Sales Experience with proven sales and relationship building skills.

•High standard of customer service excellence.

•Strong written and oral skills and excellent organizational skills

•Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility. Willing to work before and/or after core hours to ensure the center runs smoothly/successfully.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

•Knowledge of telephone systems and other business equipment.
