Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Billing Associate (BA) is responsible for overseeing and managing the accurate and efficient monthly billing and collections process for an assigned portfolio of centers.
Duties:
•    Responsible for effecting and processing the monthly invoicing
•    Responsible for initial invoicing and new client set-ups
•    Manage and monitor all collections correspondence with clients and center teams
•    Review and monitor Exposure Reports and process monthly late fees in accordance with CW guidelines
•    Ensure that collections process and results are in compliance with organizational standards and metrics.
•    Liaise, assist and communicate with center teams regarding any and all aspects of billing and collections
•    Manage client payments in billing system
•    Manage and process all invoice corrections
•    Manage and process all retainer movement in the billing system, including refunds, applications, forfeitures, and Bad Debt applications
•    Monitor the performance of the center staff within assigned portfolio and provide feedback to management when necessary
•    Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience:
•    Bachelor of Arts or Science
•    Minimum two years in a service oriented environment
•    Minimum one year experience with billing and invoicing

•    Proficient in use of MS Office platform (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
•    Industry knowledge preferred
