Job Description

About the Role

Join our People team as an Intern and play a key role in supporting our regional operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, contributing to the efficiency and smooth running of our people services across multiple markets. You'll be at the heart of important initiatives, helping us streamline processes and enhance our employee experience.

What You Will Do

  • Support the People Operations team with a regional scope.
  • Assist in automating manual HR processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
  • Help manage and execute administrative tasks related to people services.
  • Contribute to projects focused on enhancing operational workflows.
  • Learn to use generative AI tools to create useful templates for HR tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all dealings.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are essential.
  • Strict confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Comfort with using spreadsheets and various digital tools (e.g., GSuite, MS Office) for daily tasks is a must.
  • Reliability in executing administrative and people-related processes is expected.
  • Ability to use AI tools responsibly to support work is needed.
  • Experience in automation or project management is a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing systems or productivity tools is beneficial.
