Uraian Pekerjaan
Tujuan Role:
Mengelola operasional penjualan dan supply untuk program All You Can Trade (trade-in non-HP seperti laptop, smartwatch, earbuds, tablet, dan game console), memastikan proses berjalan efektif, pricing kompetitif, serta mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan di channel retail partner.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring performa penjualan AYCT di seluruh channel (retail/store/partner)
Mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan sales (category growth: laptop, smartwatch, dll)
Melakukan training dan pendampingan pada partner baru (Cara pengecekan device, Penggunaan sistem AYCT, Cara offering ke customer)
Memastikan sistem internal mendukung kategori AYCT (input SKU, grading, pricing)
Mengidentifikasi jika ada gap/error pada sistem (contoh: variasi RAM laptop, kondisi device)
Bekerja sama dengan tim KAM dan operational internal untuk semua yang related dengan AYCT
Memastikan implementasi SOP berjalan konsisten di lapangan
Mengembangkan kerja sama untuk menambah supply dan channel penjualan
Menjadi PIC untuk inisiatif AYCT di berbagai kategori
Tracking KPI dan progress improvement
Kualifikasi
Requirements
1. Pendidikan & Pengalaman
Minimal D3
Pengalaman 2–5 tahun di bidang:
Sales Operations / Retail Operations
IT/ Gadget / Consumer Electronics (lebih disukai yang pernah menjadi sales/trainer di perusahaan IT laptop dan sejenisnya)
Memiliki pengalaman menangani multi-category product (laptop, tablet, wearable, dll) menjadi nilai tambah
Memiliki SIM-C dan kendaraan motor pribadi (harus)
2. Kemampuan Analitis & Operasional
Bisa menganalisis data (sales, pricing, inventory)
Terbiasa menggunakan Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, basic formula)
Terbiasa menggunakan sistem internal / tools operasional
Mampu mengidentifikasi gap proses dan memberikan improvement
Detail-oriented dan rapi dalam eksekusi
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja lintas tim (sales, product, tech, partner)
Berpengalaman handle partner / vendor / retailer menjadi nilai tambah
Mampu melakukan training atau coaching ke tim lapangan
Proaktif dan problem solver
Target-oriented dan terbiasa dengan KPI
4. Lainnya
Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas (store visit / partner visit)
