Role Summary

We're currently looking for an Operation Data Analyst to join our Region Team in Indonesia to support the Operation Team. As a Laku6 Operation Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with big data, perform analysis, and generate valuable insights to drive operational improvements. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of Google Data Studio dashboards to effectively visualize and communicate data-driven findings. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for data analysis, a strong analytical mindset, and an interest in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Warehouse & Logistics Analytics: Analyze comprehensive warehouse and logistics operational data, focusing on end-to-end metrics ranging from cost efficiency to overall productivity.

• Finance & Billing Management: Manage, process, and submit all warehouse and logistics-related invoices, bills, and payment requests to the Finance team in a timely and accurate manner.

• Direct Operational Support: Provide hands-on assistance and support for daily operational processes in the warehouse whenever required.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational optimization.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop analytical frameworks that align with business objectives.

• Interpret complex data sets and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of Google Data Studio dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, visualization effectiveness, and user-friendly interfaces.

• Support the implementation of data-driven decision-making processes within the operations team.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in data analysis and visualization.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree, majoring in industrial engineering, business management, logistics, or related field preferred.

• Proficient in Google sheets or Excel; having knowledge in Looker studio will be a plus.

• Has a keen interest in project management and data analytics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Collaborative with the ability to communicate effectively.

• Positive attitude and solution-oriented, and the ability to think out of the box to innovate.

• Passionate about e-commerce and technology sectors.
