Job Description

  • Execute self-served marketing campaigns and/ or initiatives across multiple markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, and Taiwan).

  • Support campaign channels setup, audience segments, internal communications, and data analysis for all markets.

  • Educate and nurture paid users through internal campaigns that teach them how to use Carousell's products and tools effectively 

  • Measure the effectiveness of each campaign and generate new ideas to improve user engagement and conversions at every stage of the user journey.

  • Work with the design team to produce relevant campaign landing pages, web pages, and creative assets.

  • Utilize AI tools to optimize campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and multi-market content adaptation

Qualifications

*This is a full-time, 6-month internship starting July 2026.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as you have a strong interest in the monetisation business

  • Have excellent communication and copywriting skills in English

  • Comfortable with data analysis and reading

  • Strong team player who is collaborative and also able to carry out tasks independently while delivering timely results

  • Familiarity with leveraging AI to enhance data insights and streamline marketing operations

  • Available to commit to full-time work for 6 months
