Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute content calendars
Spot social trends and develop content ideas with viral potential
Curate engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice across social media channels (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, etc.) and website
Support event planning and management, including coordinating with public participants and confirming event details
Provide customer service by responding to DMs, emails, and social media comments
Collaborate with other markets in Singapore and Malaysia to create content, including co-created reels and campaigns
Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations
Translate and adapt content copies for online and offline collaterals
Leverage AI tools to ideate content concepts, draft copy, and enhance creative workflows
Assist in major offline sale events, including inventory sorting and processing
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Native in Cantonese is a must, proficient in English and Mandarin
Experienced with at least two social media platforms (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook)
Skilled in photo and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or similar)
Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation (e.g., AI-assisted copywriting, image/vido enhancement)
Comfortable and confident being in front of the camera for content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant internship or freelance experience in marketing, content creation, or social media is a plus
Able to commit to full-time work for at least 6 months is a plus
