Job Description

This role focuses primarily on marketing, driving brand visibility, engagement, and campaign execution across online and offline channels. A smaller portion supports business operations through cross-department coordination and reporting to ensure alignment across teams.

Marketing:

•⁠  ⁠Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative briefs, copywriting (for social media posts, ads, and emails), and the monthly content calendar

•⁠  ⁠⁠Efficient execution of both online and offline marketing activities through creation of compelling, engaging and interactive content for ads and social media

•⁠  ⁠⁠Assist in conducting trend research and creating engaging social media content aligned with the brand’s messaging across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS -  Rednote), Facebook, and the website

•⁠  ⁠⁠Generate and manage leads for partnerships and collaboration opportunities (i.e., KOLs, UGC creators, and brands).

•⁠  ⁠⁠Provide operational support for Instant Cash Out events and other offline activations by coordinating logistics, managing on-ground activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience

 

Business Operations:

•⁠  ⁠Maintain trackers, support reporting for retail and supply teams, and improve reporting processes using Excel/Google Sheets. Frequency: Weekly/Monthly
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate reconciliation with the Accounts Payable team. Frequency: Weekly

•⁠  ⁠Consolidate monthly store sales data, perform payment reconciliation, and submit Gross Turnover (GTO) reports to landlords or malls. Frequency: Monthly

•⁠  ⁠Support preparation of annual audited sales reports with finance teams and external auditors. Frequency: Annually

•⁠  ⁠Assist with lease renewals, terminations, and coordination with landlords across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. Frequency: As needed

•⁠  ⁠Apply for the necessary business licenses and approvals. Frequency: As needed

 

Qualifications

⁠ Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
•⁠ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! We value enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
•⁠ Strong command of English language, both spoken and written. Mandarin is a plus!
•⁠ Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for social media posts, ads, emails, and campaigns.
•⁠ Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu/Rednote, Facebook) and digital marketing trends.
•⁠ Comfortable being on camera for content creation and social media.
•⁠ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, trackers, and data consolidation.
•⁠ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
•⁠ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•⁠ Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•⁠ Proactive and flexible, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle tasks as business needs evolve.
